1. Services

KiRise Digital provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • One-time website design and development

  • Website maintenance and updates

  • Branded social media content

  • Voice receptionist and communication services

  • Other digital support services as agreed upon

All services are provided based on the scope discussed and approved prior to project start.

 

2. Payments

  • All fees are outlined and agreed upon before work begins.

  • One-time projects require payment upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Ongoing services are billed on a recurring basis where applicable.

  • Failure to submit payment may result in paused or terminated services.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Please review the Refund Policy for full details.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information, content, and approvals

  • Respond to requests needed to complete services efficiently

  • Ensure any materials provided do not violate copyright or intellectual property laws

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

 

5. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Timelines may change due to:

  • Delayed client communication or content

  • Scope changes

  • Technical or third-party issues

KiRise Digital is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

 

6. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Reasonable revisions are included during active project phases

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

  • KiRise Digital retains the right to display completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

8. Voice Receptionist & Communication Services

Voice receptionist services are intended to assist with call handling and information collection. KiRise Digital does not guarantee call outcomes, lead conversion, or business results.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

KiRise Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or software services

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated.

 

10. Termination

KiRise Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Abusive, unlawful, or unethical behavior

Clients may cancel services according to the applicable cancellation terms.

 

11. Modifications

KiRise Digital reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
