At KiRise Digital, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and clear communication throughout every project. Because our services involve custom work and time-based effort, the following refund policy applies.
One-Time Website Projects
All website design and development projects are considered custom services.

Payments made for one-time website builds are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled before work has started, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or planning fees incurred.

Once design, development, or content work has started, refunds are not available due to the time and resources committed to the project.
Ongoing Services & Maintenance
For ongoing services such as website maintenance, content updates, or support plans:

Monthly services may be canceled at any time.

No refunds are provided for partial months once a billing cycle has started.

Services will remain active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Voice Receptionist & Communication Services
For call handling or receptionist services:

Setup fees and usage-based charges are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

Monthly services may be canceled with no long-term commitment.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in rare cases if:

Services were not delivered as agreed, and
-
The issue was not resolved after reasonable communication.
Any approved refunds are issued at the sole discretion of KiRise Digital.
